Refund Policy

UBS, Inc. Refund/Cancellation Policy

Universal Billing Services, Inc (UBS, Inc.) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a service. If UBS, Inc. refuses a new client, or seminar and course, participant it will be offered a refund

Cancellation by Student for services

  • Cancellations received within 5 days of booking may be eligible to receive a full refund less $50.00 service fee.
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations will be accepted via phone, or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • All benefits and incentives received by the student must be cancelled/returned to UBS, Inc.
  • All refund requests must be made by the student or credit card holder.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the client or attendee and/or transaction number.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all UBS, Inc. services unless otherwise noted in the corresponding package materials. Please read all individual service information thoroughly.

Event Cancellation by Sponsor

  • Universal Billing Services, Inc. (UBS, Inc.) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
  • If UBS, Inc. cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
  • Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, UBS, Inc. has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

  • Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 14 business days before the event.
  • Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $20.00 service fee.
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
  • Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all UBS, Inc. Course, Services, and Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.

UBS, Inc. Goods and Product Refund/Return Policy

  • All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from Universal Billing Services, Inc. require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by UBS, Inc. within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any UBS Inc. product that is deemed defective.
  • Products provided/sold by UBS, Inc partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partnering company.
  • Products which are software or downloadable from any UBS, Inc. website or provided media (CD ROM, Memory Drives, etc) are non-refundable.

CPR Courses cancellation policy

All funds paid in advance are non-refundable.  If, however, a scheduling conflict should arise, we do allow you to reschedule your class one time without a loss of funds with 24-hours’ notice.  Rescheduling of the class must be completed within 3 calendar months of your originally scheduled class. Cancellation or schedule changes with less than 24-hours’ notice will result in a loss of 50% of the prepaid funds. Not showing up for your class, as scheduled, results in an immediate loss of all monies paid or prepaid.

Classes are scheduled to begin at a specific time. We begin classes promptly to ensure that students are dismissed from class as scheduled.  If you are late arriving for your class, you will be denied admittance to that class as students arriving late are disruptive to the other students.  If you are denied admittance due to excessive tardiness, you forfeit all monies paid in advance.

We, of course, understand accidents, emergencies and acts of God. In the case of “special circumstances” please contact UBS, Inc. to discuss your “special circumstances.”  Documentation may be requested for verification purposes of “special circumstances.”
